Rehabilitation Massage

Involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress and to promote health and wellness.  This type of massage therapy uniquely focuses on the treatment of soft tissue to maintain, develop, or rehabilitate the patient's physical function. Clinical massage therapy can improve the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal and nervous systems to improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury and illness.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage helps restore normal function to the muscles, giving you the ability to do the things you love without pain and discomfort slowing you down. The movements of a Deep Tissue Massage differ from the long, relaxing strokes of a Swedish massage because they are slower paced and more focused on specific areas of tightness. Pressure is scaled to your preference allowing you to get the thorough treatment you desire. 

Relaxation Massage

The goal with a relaxation massage is to relax the entire body, muscles and joints, by relieving muscle tension. We use Swedish massage therapy which can be both relaxing and energizing. We combine it with other massage techniques to get rid of stress and tension. Relaxation massage is performed using light to medium strokes.


Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial cupping is a form of trigger point therapy and myofascial release. This therapy combines massage and stretching techniques with the use of pressurised cups. Soft tissue is suctioned inside the cups, allowing for fluid movement and nutrient supply to the tissues. The movement of fluid detoxifies, stimulates, and increases range of motion. The ultimate goal of this treatment is to promote an individual’s health by loosening soft tissue and increasing circulation.
